Rental Home Search Services:

Your options for renting can include short or longer term furnished accommodations, or unfurnished properties.  Our Executive Home Search services source properties from Property Managers and Private owners.  Every effort is made to locate all the properties that are available at the time of your search. 

For the greatest selection of properties to choose from it is ideal to conduct your home search tour in the first week of the month prior to your desired move date – for example July 1 for an August 1 lease start date.   There is no “best time” of the year for housing availability – contact us as soon as your timeline is confirmed.

Completing the Client Questionnaire is the first step in the Rental Home Search process for both Corporate and Private Relocations.  If this is a corporate move please include the contact information of the HR contact or Move Manger for your firm.

Renting In BC

Residential Tenancies in BC are subject to the provisions of the Residential Tenancy Act. Clear guidelines are set out for both the Landlord and the Tenant and a dispute resolution process is available when parties are not able to agree.
