Buying In Vancouver

Buyer Orientation Tour – based on your needs as identified by the Relocation Questionaire.  Your consultant will prepare a half day tour highlighting the neighbourhoods, schools, community resources and Home Prices of the chosen areas.  Usually conducted for clients prior to the move and often subsidized by the Employer.

Home Buyers Package – Once a decision to purchase has been reached we will design your customized home purchase plan and review with you all of the steps required.  From getting pre-qualified for a mortgage to the closing of the sale and beyond we will guide you every step of the way.

Renting In Vancouver

Rental Orientation Tour – based on your needs as identified by the Relocation Questionaire.  Your consultant will prepare a half day tour highlighting the neighbourhoods, schools, community resources and Rental Home Prices of the chosen areas.  Usually conducted for clients prior to the move and often subsidized by the Employer.

Rental Home Search Tour – Furnished or Unfurnished Homes – Residential vacancy rates in Vancouver have been below 3% for over 10 years.  Our consultant prepares a comprehensive list of homes to rent, pre-screens for suitability, books the appointments with the Landlord and conducts a 1-2 day tour of homes resulting in a signed lease agreement by the end of the second day.  Please see the section under “For HR Professionals” for a more comprehensive description of this service.
