Under the heading of "Are YOU PAYING Attention YET? all of my current listings refect price adjustments to the current market conditions. The past 10 years have been on trend for the long term growth pattern of Vancouver and now we are in a corrective phase, it is THE BEST TIME TO BUY in the past 9 years...so why is everyone waiting?
With the media slowly coming around to the fact that the sky is in fact not falling, and this is a natural function of a robust and diverse real estate market, will you wait with rest of the lemmings to make your offer and possibly miss out? Where is the tipping point for this correction? That , my friends is the $$Million Dollar Question?
The answer should be "who cares?". You must ask yourself..."What is best for me and my family at this point in time?".
The history of Vancouver is the history of its boom-times and lean times. We live in one of the most beautiful and safe cities on the planet - that makes it desirable - that has made it expensive - that is a fact in most of the beautiful places in the world!
If you take a contextual view of things we will not be in this buyers "sweet spot" forever. So..ask yourself - where do I want to be in 5 years, maybe its suddenly within reach...how will you know if you don't make an offer!! Those sellers with their homes for sale now are serious, so make an offer, it is the first time in at least 7 years that the buyers can call the shots. I'm just a phone call away...
